White-label · CRM

A white-label CRM, custom-built into WordPress.

We custom-developed a white-label CRM plugin — fully brandable as the client's own product — to manage relationships, contacts, and workflow right inside WordPress. No off-the-shelf platform, no per-seat SaaS fees: a system they own.

01The brief

The client wanted a CRM that worked the way they do — not a generic platform they'd have to bend their process around, and not a recurring per-seat subscription that scales costs with their team. We built it as a custom plugin so it lives inside the WordPress they already run, fully brandable as their own, and entirely under their control. (Example regions and records in the build use placeholder data such as Lawrenceburg, TN.)

02What we built

  • Custom CRM, native to WordPressBuilt as a first-class plugin inside their existing site — one login, one system, no external platform to sync.
  • Fully white-labelBranded end-to-end as the client's own product, with no Stark Create fingerprints in the customer-facing experience.
  • Built around their workflowThe data model and flows were shaped to how the client actually operates, rather than forcing them into someone else's template.
  • Owned, not rentedA system they own outright — no per-seat SaaS fees that grow with the team.
This case is a work in progress. We're keeping the public details high-level while the build wraps up. As features finalize, we'll flesh this page out with specifics.

03What's next

The core is in its final build, and there's a roadmap of additional CRM capability already in development. We'll update this case study with concrete features and outcomes as those phases ship.

Need a tool built around how you actually work?

Off-the-shelf software makes you adapt to it. We build the opposite — systems shaped to your process, that you own. Let's talk.
