Buckeye Northwest Realty, a local leader in rental housing and property management throughout Toledo, Ohio and surrounding areas (within 50 miles), approached Stark Create in 2024 after struggling with communication and performance issues from a previous marketing provider.

The old website had broken forms, unstable custom development, declining SEO, and virtually no actionable support. They needed immediate technical fixes—but also long-term creative direction. We stepped in quickly to stabilize what was broken, all while building an entirely new web presence from the ground up.

We provided ongoing digital support while simultaneously designing and developing a brand-new custom WordPress website with added functionality, clean structure, and full SEO optimization.

Our team ensured a seamless integration with Appfolio, their rental listing and application platform, so users could view properties in real-time, apply directly, and schedule showings without leaving the website.

To preserve the equity they had built, we migrated and cleaned up their existing blog content, maintaining all URL structure to prevent SEO losses. We enhanced formatting, replaced low-quality visuals with licensed imagery, and ensured every photo included appropriate alt, slug, and title tags.

The previous site’s broken contact forms were rebuilt using custom PHP and embedded Google ReCaptcha to reduce spam and ensure immediate functionality while the new site was still in development.

Once the website launched, we continued to add service pages that clarified Buckeye’s full suite of services—including property management and owner-side support, not just rentals.

Our work didn’t stop at launch. Buckeye Northwest Realty remains an active monthly client under a full-service marketing contract.
