Lux is what we built when we needed an AI that wasn't just answering questions — but was actually doing things. Checking billable hours, pulling client brand briefs, updating task boards, reading the inbox, generating social media images with the right hex codes. Everything a studio needs in one place, accessed through conversation.
Every connected system — Time Tracker, CRM, Boards, Inbox, Web Search — is exposed to Lux via a structured TOOLCALL protocol. When you ask a question that needs live data, she generates a tool call in her response. The system intercepts it, executes the query, injects the result back into context, and she answers with the actual numbers from your database.
The same protocol handles image generation, notes actions, and web searches. One consistent pattern — the chat is the hub for everything.
